Bravo Wellness + Cleveland Clinic
A self service web page that allows wellness clients to access downloadable assets at anytime. This wellness engagement guide (WEG) site will arm clients with many resources to motivate their employees to achieve a healthy year.

Challenges 
Bravo’s client communication assets were distributed based on a relationship between the account executive and the client. When the client needed wellness materials to get their participants excited about engaging with Bravo’s wellness program they had to go to the AE directly and ask them to send them deliverables. This process became cumbersome and inefficient. To help clients receive these deliverables more efficiently Bravo’s communication team decided to come up with a self service page on their website.
Concept

The final result ended in having 11 downloadable assets for clients to use for their employees. They range from health coaching with the Cleveland Clinic to quitting tobacco addiction. AE’s will send regular emails at the beginning of each client renewal to direct them with a link to the wellness engagement guide (WEG) site where these assets will be held. The choice to put them on the WEG, came from idea to direct client traffic to a page where other tools and assets exist already. The hope is if the client is directed there they will utilize all wellness products.

Each asset is labeled and clickable, with an icon next to it that hints how the asset should be used. There are write in flyers that have a pencil icon next to them. The point being that the assets are intuitive to use and theres no question how to use them successfully. Then on the right hand side bar, there are instructions on how to get the most out of these communications. Throughout the year the client can access this page at any given time and set their employees up for wellness success.
Next steps
Next steps would include client surveys to see how they are experiencing the site. From there we would also ask AE’s if their clients directly have asked them as many questions or less since this self service portal was created. We want to take away the stress of both clients and AEs, so keeping those lines of communication open will give us the data to allow changes to happen to the portal. 
Maintenance 
Maintenance will come yearly from surveys, and offering changes.
