Tools: Hubspot, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Indesign
Role: UI/Graphic Designer (Research, wireframe, visual design, web design)
Team: Robin Peshick (Content Strategist), Anne West (UI/Graphic Designer)
Templates Filled Out with Specific Client Information
The final design has specific client information such as company name, logo, and specific client dates and wellness information.

Templates with Red Placeholder Text
The template design before client information is dropped in. The red place holder text allows a designer to easily copy and paste specific client information into the template with limited mistakes to cut down on edits during implementation. Once all information is gathered and filled out there will be no red text left on the template.
Challenge
Bravo’s original client communications were a lengthy spread of multiple pages crammed with information. After a participant survey the team was able to get the information they needed to simplify the material. The challenge ahead was to design a communication experience that would leave the participant feeling confident and knowledgeable about their wellness plan. Bravo wants participants to know the dates of their screening, when the wellness plan starts, and other important dates. The challenge continues further with figuring out what kind of materials will allow this experience to happen.
Objectives
Design a clear and concise client communication package that informs the participant of their wellness program information.

Program Overview
Welcome Postcard Front and Back
Screening Flyer
The final communication assets include a program overview, welcome postcard, and screening flyer. The order in which these assets will be utilized will start with the welcome postcard being mailed to every participant at the company to get them excited and aware of their wellness program starting. Then they will receive an email from their company saying their program is starting and attached will be the program overview. Clients are also encouraged to have printed program overviews at the location if employees find it easier to also grab a hard copy. Around the time of screens approaching the screening flyers can be emailed out or distributed around the office.
